Privacy Policy

Remedify processes only the store data needed to scan accessibility issues, prepare reviewable fixes, operate support, secure the service, and satisfy Shopify platform obligations.
Data we process
We process store domain, Shopify shop identifiers, theme and template metadata, product image metadata needed for alt-text review, scan results, records of changes, billing status, operator audit events, and support messages you send us.
How we use data
We use this data to run scans, prepare merchant-reviewed fixes, monitor regressions, generate dated change-history exports, operate billing entitlements, secure access, and provide support. We do not request customer or order scopes in the launch build. We do not sell merchant data, and we do not use merchant data for unrelated advertising.
Retention
Records of changes and audit events are retained while the app is installed so merchants can inspect prior work. After uninstall or a Shopify erasure request, we disable app access and process deletion according to Shopify platform requirements. We delete or anonymize app data once retention is no longer needed for the service, support, billing, security, legal, or audit purposes.
Subprocessors
Remedifyruns on Cloudflare Workers and uses Shopify platform APIs, Shopify managed billing, and configured AI providers through the app's provider abstraction for reviewable suggestions.
